This conference, which usually takes place in the city of Amsterdam, was held this year in virtual format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This event is an opportunity to expand knowledge about the digital operation of Shared Services Centres and the Business Process Outsourcing sector, most specifically service-providers and users involved in the core purchasing activities.
